Company Timeline
Step #1
Randy McClaskey started selling children's books to country stores out of the trunk of his car.
Step #2
Began selling 8-track tapes, then cassette tapes and eventually toys and souvenirs out of a box truck.
Step #3
Randy hired Dave Barancik to help make deliveries. Company warehouse was a yard barn.
Step #4
Dave & his wife Stacy bought the business and began to focus on novelty and souvenir products. Renamed company to Tri-State Souvenir & Novelty.
Step #5
Built first warehouse in Newburgh, Indiana. Hired first employees and shifted to shipping rather than delivering products.
Step #6
Warehouse destroyed by tornado.
Step #7
Built new, bigger, better warehouse. Expanded territory and added more workers, more sales reps and more state souvenirs. Hired key employees Bart, Tyler and Ryan.
Step #8
Begin buying trips overseas. Expanded into the Chicago market. Ryan and Tyler become company partners.
Step #9
Bought current warehouse. Agreed that, "we will NEVER outgrow this space!"
Step #10
Acquired AW Distributors in Texas.
Step #11
We are outgrowing warehouse space.
Step #12
Expanded into the Cape Cod/Martha's Vineyard market by buying Meds Maps souvenir business and warehouse.

Dave & Stacy mark 30 years in business. Finally updating website!
